For Erin Batt, opening Lapels Cleaners in West Omaha is about bringing a needed service closer to the community she calls home. Erin and her family have lived in Elkhorn and Gretna for 15 years and have been part of the Omaha metro for two decades. As the area has grown, she saw an opportunity to provide busy families with convenient, high-quality garment care closer to home.

Erin brings nearly two decades of operations and leadership experience to Lapels Cleaners, along with a hands-on approach to serving customers and leading her team. Her West Omaha location offers professional dry cleaning, laundry, wash-dry-fold, alterations, specialty garment care, and pickup and delivery, including service throughout Elkhorn and Gretna. As a GreenEarth® Cleaning provider, Lapels uses an environmentally non-toxic dry cleaning process designed to be gentle on clothes and the environment.

As a longtime local resident, Erin wants Lapels Cleaners to be more than a place to drop off clothes. Her goal is to build a trusted neighborhood business known for excellent service, convenience, and making everyday life a little easier for the families and communities she serves.
