They were amazing! They were able to get my suit dry cleaned and back to me in only a matter of a couple of days that was needed for a wedding that weekend. It was an emergency and the other couple places I called weren't going to be able to do it. I called them on Wednesday, was lucky enough the owner answered, and he told me that if I got it to them that night then he would be able to get it back to me by Friday. When I dropped it off, the woman already knew I was coming and was quick to get my information, enter me in the system, tag my stuff, and get me on my way with the reassurance that I would get my stuff in time. I was expecting a call Friday afternoon but was pleasantly surprised to hear from them Friday morning to let me know my suit can be picked up! They were quick, thorough, respectful of my time, and empathetic of my emergency predicament.
