Being able to drop off and pick up your dry cleaning is extremely easy and convenient. I’ve been taking my formal clothes to lapels for a few months now and they're always returned to me looking as good as the day i bought them! Process usually takes 2-3 days, which I think is good considering the amount of clothes they receive and the quality of work they do. Their prices are also very fair compared to other cleaners I've used in the past. Will definitely continue using and always recommending these guys!

Excellent experience. The Dry cleaning service is almost 100% automated. For drop off you simply grab a numbered bag, then associate it to your phone number, and add a pin. You put all your clothes in the numbered bag and put it in the drop off slot. From there they text you when it's ready. Overall, an excellent experience.
