This review is for the alterations part of the Lapels on S Ellsworth Rd, in Queen Creek. I wish I had the seamstress’s name, as she is terrific! I brought 4 pair of pants in for hemming, which I know doesn’t sound difficult, but one of them has a very unique structure, and I have experienced poor/bad hem jobs by a different person. Anyway, all 4 of my pants, including the non-standard pair were hemmed with perfection. No one will ever know they were hemmed! I will return to this specific location and seamstress ongoing!

Have had some dry cleaning done here & always was great. Had a dress done for a wedding last year & the alterations woman was incredible to work with!! Today, I’m actually leaving a review based on the same alterations person. I went in to have another dress altered only to realize it wasn’t even necessary, because the woman took time and showed me a better way to do my straps to avoid the cost & hassle and also avoid it possibly ending up too short. Customer service like that may cost you a couple $ in missed revenue today, but it creates a customer for life as trust was just solidified! 10/10 recommend this Lapel’s for all your dry cleaning & alteration needs!

I took a pair of ripped yoga pants in for a quick fix which they did and it turned out great. I lost my ticket and they still had a way to find my pants in their inventory and that was really helpful. Overall, they are all very professional and the customer service was excellent. I will be back.
