The accidentally sent my dress to their other location and they went and got it and delivered it to my house. They do customer service right! The alterations are done outside of their store. If you want a kid to teach you proper etiquette it's the place to go. Me personally I don't like being told when to speak and how to act. Had a guy who referred to himself as a "minor" tell me to treat him like a human and say hi. His parents should teach him respect and understand that everyone isn't always in the mood and some people may not have the control needed to not snap. Take the name and clothes and move on. This is customer service and has no room for your feelings. Edit******** After visiting to pick up my clothes I was greeted by the owner. He fully rectified the issue and handled it with a proffesional attitude. The clothes were pressed and clean, and the customer service was impeccable. Good to see a owner who demand quality and customer service from his workers.

This was my first time using Lapels. I came here because of all the good reviews and wasn't disappointed. Both people that helped me where very nice and friendly. My suit was cleaned well and very quickly (1 day) and the price was less than I expected. I don't need dry cleaning often, but this is where I'll be going when I do.
