I've been Lapel's customer for a year. They always provide an impeccable customer service. From the moment you request to pick up the laundry to the moment they send you emails and texts, telling you that the service is ready. I have never had a situation that I did not like, It feels like sending your most expensive cloth to people that actually cares. My best experience so far was 2 weeks ago, when by accident I spilled a whole cup of black coffee on my new shirt and tie, and it was a white shirt while I was in my desk. I called them immediately, their delivery service picked up the shirt and tie and it was like new the next day. Amazing service... I am including pics with the proof, before and after.

I looked into Lapels for alterations for two bridesmaid dresses with varying needs. One needed to be hemmed a few inches and the other needed more room in the chest area to close properly. Gabriella took great care of us. She pinned our dresses and asked thorough questions. She’s extremely detail oriented. She ensured the seamstress had all the information she needed to complete the task. Our dresses were complete by Friday and pressed. The seamstress had us try the dresses on to check her work. She was amazing and so efficient. If you’re looking for a place to get affordable alterations, lapels is the place for you.
