Amazing !! Alteration was excellent wonderful customer service. Fast service . I will recommend!! Update on June 14,2024 I dropped off my items for dry cleaning. When I went back on the promise day to pick up my items they only were able to Locate 3 of my items. They were not able to locate my other 3 items. I was told to come back in the morning the manager will search for the remaining items and call me back. The manager reached out to me and informed me they found my remaining items. In my mind, I was bothered because they didn’t offer any additional discounts due to the inconvenience that I experienced. When I tell you a few hours later the manager called me back and she offered me a discount due to the inconvenience!! When I tell you they are amazing they are and they have amazing customer service! I will continue to use there services.!
