1st off they answered my call within 3 rings, professionally, and provided a general quote with a general timeframe it should be ready, an I could tell they were busy. 2nd At drop off; I went to the wrong cleaners down at the other entrance an was told double the price. I realized I was at the wrong place. 2nd at drop off; there was parking at the front door, they were busy, yet very welcoming, she confirmed the quote price and confirmed time it should be done, by Tuesday. 3rd, and lastly, I called at 9:30 am Tuesday, it was chilly outside, my item was ready and came out very nice with no price change, just as promised!!
