First time using this establishment. Very friendly when I dropped off my blouse. They emailed me in a timely matter when it was ready. My husband picked up my blouse and dropped off other things and he stated that the woman who assisted him was very friendly and warm. The ticket on my blouse was very detailed with the description, color, pattern and designer. They definitely have a great system to ensure you receive the correct items back. To make things helpful, Lapels cleaners will send a dated text message to let you know when your cleaning is ready for pickup and an itemized list of the cleaning and their cost per item.
