I had never visited this location before this week. I found the staff to be courteous and helpful and my dry cleaning was completed on time. One of the staff members even helped us move the completed items to the car when we came to pick them up. I would recommend them for their outstanding customer service. Updating this after now using Martinizing for about a year. I now use the pickup/delivery service for dry cleaning items and they are very convenient. Pickups and Deliveries are always on time and the app works great to schedule a pickup when I need it. I would highly recommend this business to anyone in the area.

Great service and quality work - I dropped my daughters prom dress off to be pressed on Monday. (Prom is on Saturday) I was told it would be ready for pick up on Thursday at 4:30 as they were pretty busy. I received a call on Tuesday morning. They stayed late to make sure that it got completed. She wanted to set a Mamas mind at ease that my daughter’s dress would be ready. It was definitely above and beyond and the dress looks wonderful!
