Three stars for a very particular reason. Normally excellent service and turnaround times. However, I have noticed that two of my shirts have had buttons broken in the exact same place. Then when I took one of them back to be cleaned I asked for the button to be replaced. It was tagged, but not replaced. Revised! Five stars now. Excellent service, and quick turnaround times. They rectified the problem with the shirt and made it right.
