Lapels does an excellent job ! For example, I Have cashmere sweaters that notoriously pill and Lapels management is always careful to check and attempt to remove most. They are super organized and contact clients if they see that anything is awry or if they need extra time to complete the work! Very convenient location and hours of operation. Absolutely customer service oriented ~ with care! Try them, doubt you’d be disappointed !

Todd, the owner, is a guy who knows how to take care of customers. While I have had a few issues, a quick note to Todd and he immediately responds and takes care of it. He even drove to my house personally to get me set up for delivery. I am not sure how I got by without pickup and dropoff at my front door before signing up with Lapels. I can't express enough how we need more small business owners like this guy! If you aren't sending your cleaning here, you should.
