First of all, the lovely people at Lapel Cleaners are friendly, warm & welcoming. - I had a number of items that needed to be shortened. My instructions were noted & the pick up date given was for one week later - quite reasonable for 8 items. An email notification was sent to let me know my items were ready. The tailoring was expertly done & the cost was very reasonable. The whole process was courteous & professional from start to finish. And so, I couldn't recommend Lapels Cleaners more highly. I use them for my military uniform and they always do a decent job. Asked them to re-wash a shirt as a stain didnt come out, they apologized and rewashed it, then didnt charge me. Also had a burn mark on a pair of pants from a flat iron and they got it mostly out, somehow. Always kind and understanding, definitely recommend!

I am new to Myrtle Beach. I am also very selective with dry cleaners. My very first experience with Lapel was outstanding. I took items in on Saturday for Tuesday pickup. OnTuesday I took two men shirts in for Thursday pickup. On Thursday, five minutes before closing, I went to pick up shirts. They were not ready. I was frantic explaining I needed the shirts for my husband’s early departure to DC the next day. The Owner processed and personally delivered the shirts to my home. HERO!!! I will be a loyal Lapel customer hereafter.
