Wow wow wow! If I could leave a 6 star review I would. I bought some brand new clothes at the galleria, just for them to pick up a HORRIBLE grease stain from an escalator. Update: The owners of Martinizing were quick to contact me regarding this issue. They completely covered the cost of the replacement pair. Stand up service from Martinizing I will be remaining a loyal customer. Dropped off a pair of Blue Delta Jeans here. When dropping them off I explained to the gentleman at the front these were raw denim and require a no moisture cleaning. He sort of stopped me and insisted they clean the items by using the tag instructions. Go to pick up my jeans and they are now leggings. Super tight, ruined my $400 pair of blue deltas. Pretty sad stuff… be careful on what you take here

Martinizing dry cleaning is my new go to cleaners for dresses. I borrowed a friend’s satin-like dress for a formal wedding, and it badly needed a dry clean before giving it back. Found this place through reviews, and was a little worried it would be super expensive, but I think the price was reasonable for the type of dress and the work that needed to be done to make it look new again, plus the care required because of how easily it pulls ($20). The dress was done so quickly and looks good as new! Saved me money because if they couldn’t save it, I would have had to buy the dress new for my friend. Beware, it is HOT inside. I thought the reviews were exaggerating, but when I dropped off the dress I was in my work clothes, and I thought I was going to pass out. Don’t wear any jackets or blazers in there. I will be changing into shorts and a tank next time I drop something off.

Martinizing dry cleaners is where I take my clothes for professional dry cleaning. The items look great and smell nice. They don’t break your buttons or zippers and they actually remove any stains. I dropped off 4 dressy dresses. The cost $$$ but you get what you pay for. As for me, Martinizing is the Best dry cleaner that I have ever patronized.

I had a blouse that the colors had started to run and took it to two highly rated dry cleaners who both said nothing could be done to save the blouse. I decided to try Martinizing Dry Cleaning and the store manager looked at it and said she would try to get the colors out. When I picked up the blouse, it was like new and wearable again.
