My first visit to Lapels Cleaners was a success! Their drop off and pickup process was seamless and super convenient. When I dropped off my coat the attendant behind the glass area was super helpful in letting me know the process since it was my first time there. I returned after hours for pick up when it was ready and I must say, having that option is super convenient. My wool pea coat looked wonderful and they even sewed on a missing button that I thought I was going to have to sew back on myself! I’ll be a repeat customer for sure!!

Really great service for a great price. Lapels is extremely easy to navigate and has an attendant there during regular business hours if there’s a problem. The fact that I can come and go as I please is one of the main reasons that made me try Lapels out. My clothes came out great!
