I can't thank the people from Lapel enough. I was in town for a wedding and my suit needed to be cleaned in one day. On Saturday morning I called up the gal at the Tremont store and she said if I got there right away, she could get it on the truck to get done. I got there and the truck had already come and gone. I have Lapels clean my duvet cover each season, usually at the end of winter. But this year due to the rain and cooler temperatures, I didn't drop it off until early November. They turned it around as fast as they could, knowing it takes 2-3 full days to dry such a big item, because they were thinking I'd be cold without it! And I told them I had a ton of blankets to tide me over...but they still were diligent about tracking the status of it. They care. And the people working there are so friendly and want to deliver the best for their customers. If your shirt is looking frayed and like it won't survive being dry cleaned one more time, they're going to notice and flag that for you!
