Joseph, Joshua, and the rest of the team are the best. Literally. I had 3 suits which needed altering for a wedding.. with a 5-day notice. *Not* just hemming, or taking in the waist, but tapering of the pants, taking in the sides of the jackets, sleeve length reduction, etc. These were major alterions - had lost 35 lbs. Of all three suits. Due to several conditions, I was unable to meet with Joe until two days before the wedding. However, he went out of his way to make sure they were done 2 days later, immediately after store opening. My anxiety was through the roof (the ridiculously quick notice itself did that, alone). But Joe assured me, and reassured me, several times. And came through, as promised. I have gone to Lapel's for years (and I've tried many others, for regular dry cleaning as well)... Nope. I will only go tbere, even before all this. And I'm very lucky I did. The suits all fit immaculately, and comfortably, and I got tons of compliments (which are not my favorite, but they were more than enough to instill / confirm confidence in the fit and look of my suit. Apologies for the novel. But, if you are undecided on where to go, or which cleaners to drop of your shirts – Lapel's. You won't lose any buttons..

Great and timely service! They took the time to listen to my concerns about removing a stain on an expensive dress and explained the process they would apply to remove it. The stain was removed and I am so happy with the work they did!
