I had a pair of jeans hemmed and pair of stretchy pants changed from wide bottom to straight legs. The total was $65. This might be kind of high but there was no way that I could have fixed either pair of pants on my sewing machine. They had been pressed and ready to wear. The end results were exactly what I needed. Thank you.

Great service and the prices are also very good. They can get something pressed/ironed quickly, they can have it back to you within a day, even if it's brought late on a Friday night, can be picked up by Saturday at noonish. Just another perk is that first time customer gets a discount. I highly recommend.

Fast, great service! Had one piece to be cleaned and seven pieces to be pressed. Took them in on Monday, was promised them on Wednesday and got a text on Tuesday saying they were ready to be picked up! And they all look great. It's nice to get things as expected, but getting them ahead of schedule is always a pleasant surprise. But beware, you can tell these guys are good because there is usually a line of people either dropping off or picking up. Go early in the day to beat the rush.

I initially selected Lapels Cleaners to have a men's suit cleaned based on others' reviews and was not disappointed. My suit was ready 3 days early and had been neatly pressed on hangers. I was notified by automated text message that my suit was ready. The shop itself is modern and clean, with friendly staff. There appears to be some level of seamstress services available, although I did not use these services. The store is conveniently located in an outdoor shopping plaza with plenty of parking nearby. I will use again for dry cleaning needs.

I went here to refresh my closet after not wearing any of my dress clothes for many years, and they weren't stored with garment bags, so everything was dusty. Took almost everything in at once, and told them no rush on it. They told me pickup was in 2 days, but they got it all done overnight in less than 24 hours! Some of the fastest service I've seen from a cleaners, especially for such a large order. Service was amazing, with email updates on the order, and friendly staff. Prices were amazing! In fact, the best I've come across, and I traveled all over the country for years for work and have been to cleaners in many cities across the US and none of them come close to their prices and service. The only "complaint" I have, and it's not really a complaint, just a "would be nice", is the tailor/alterations person is completely separate from the cleaners, and things have to be done separately. So in my case, I wanted any missing buttons they may find while doing the cleaning/pressing added back on by the tailor, but that has to be done separately with the tailor desk. It would be nice to just have the 2 services more seamless for at least minor things like missing buttons. Alterations and tailoring I understand should be done separately, as that's more involved. In my case this wasn't too much of a hassle, because I somewhat checked all the items and didn't notice any missing buttons, it was just in case they find some missing. I highly recommend this place for any of you cleaners needs.

I appreciate the friendly customer service I receive every time, when dropping off my clothes. Also, the timeliness which my clothes are ready for pick up has been better than any other cleaner I have experienced. Thank you, keep up the great work.

I was in a pinch and they came through ! I thought I could drop off my suit and shirt to be cleaned , just pick up when ready . I have used them a couple of times now and as always they clean and press as they ever garment is treated as their own ! Quality work done right . Thank you .

I took my feather down comforter in to be dry cleaned and unfortunately it was damaged in the process which I understand can happen. I had reached out to the manager to express my frustration and she was so understanding and helpful. She went above and beyond to help and replace my comforter which was unexpected. I would highly recommend this company for their professionalism and service. Thank you Shelly for all your help !
